SOWISO is looking for an organized, customer-driven Customer Success Manager who can help us continue to deliver excellence for all our stakeholders in education.
About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and success of our projects in higher education, and other education markets. It is your goal to be a trusted advisor and consultant who can help lecturers, departments and faculties reach their educational and organizational goals through their investments in our online learning and testing solution. You’ll deliver unparalleled client services, and elevate the overall client experience to increase renewal rates and satisfaction.
You’ll act as the main point of contact between the client and SOWISO. You’ll ensure the successful use of SOWISO in a university, college or department as soon as a contract is signed and own all renewals of our clients.
Your day to day work will vary, but this role will enable you to serve as an (after-sales) consultant, project manager, client service manager, and account manager..
More broadly, you will play a vital role in our wider organization as part of our growing commercial team consisting of various sales and marketing roles, as your experience with the end-user will be very important in the continuous evolution of our growth strategies.
